RELEASE NOTES FOR CRU CY v4.05: 16 March 2021

The 4.05 release of the CRU CY dataset covers the period 1901-2020.
The best published reference to use is that of the underlying dataset,
CRU TS:

This release uses the updated country definitions introduced in v4.01
(and v3.25); that parallel release using old definitions is still
available to allow checking. Please see the separate file,
'Read_Me_CRU_CY_4.05_Updated_Country_Definitions.txt', for details.
